Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BizBadhao, a product of BizBadhao Internet Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

BizBadhao is available to businesses registered or operating in India. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business entity you represent. The current plan is designed for single-location businesses; use for multiple locations is not supported.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information during signup and keep it up to date.
  • One account per business location. Sharing login credentials is not permitted.
  • Notify us immediately at support@bizbadhao.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The service

BizBadhao provides:

  • WhatsApp review request generation (wa.me links)
  • Google Business Profile connection and review dashboard
  • AI-generated reply drafts for Google reviews
  • Email alerts for low-star reviews

We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, star ratings, or business outcomes. Results depend on your customers' willingness to leave reviews.

4. Free trial

  • A 30-day free trial is included with every account.
  • The trial starts when you connect your Google Business Profile or generate your first real review request, not at signup.
  • No payment information is required to start or use the trial.
  • At the end of the trial, the account pauses unless you subscribe.

5. Billing and launch price

  • The paid plan is billed monthly at ₹999/month for the first year or the current listed price.
  • Billing is handled by Razorpay in INR. Accepted payment methods: UPI, debit/credit card, net banking.
  • The launch price (₹999/month) applies for the first year for the first 20 subscribers.
  • After the first year, the current listed price applies. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, the price in effect at re-subscription time will apply.
  • Charges are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use BizBadhao to send unsolicited messages to people who have not transacted with your business
  • Fabricate or incentivize fake Google reviews
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the platform
  • Use the service in any way that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Google's review policies
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose under Indian law

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Intellectual property

BizBadhao and its content (design, code, copy) are owned by the Company. You retain all rights to your business data, customer data you upload, and the content of your Google reviews. By connecting your Google Business Profile, you grant us permission to read and post replies on your behalf only when you explicitly initiate an action.

8. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
  • On termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

BizBadhao is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Company's total liability for any claim arising from the use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
