Counter
Billing counter or reception desk
Print and laminate the QR code and place it on the counter. When customers pay, the code is right in front of them. A quick scan takes them to the review form.
Free tool

Where to use your QR code
Counter
Print and laminate the QR code and place it on the counter. When customers pay, the code is right in front of them. A quick scan takes them to the review form.
Receipt
Add the QR code to the bottom of your receipt. Include a one-line CTA like 'Leave us a Google review' — customers take receipts home, which extends the review window.
Entrance
A table card or laminated print at the entrance catches customers as they leave. Works especially well for restaurants and clinics where the exit moment is natural.
Menu
Add a small QR code block to the back of your menu or create a table tent card. Customers at the table who had a good meal are natural reviewers.
What else you can do
QR code
QR codes are great for in-person touchpoints — counter, receipt, wall. But they only reach customers who are physically present and notice the code.
WhatsApp (higher conversion)
A WhatsApp request sent 30–60 minutes after the visit reaches customers while the experience is still fresh. BizBadhao generates personalised wa.me links in Hindi or English — one request per customer, logged so nothing repeats.
