No. Customers do not install anything. BizBadhao can auto-send opted-in requests through WhatsApp Cloud API, and it still supports manual wa.me sharing when you want staff to send the message.
Can I start without connecting Google first?
Yes. You can start with your Google review link, add customers, and generate WhatsApp review requests. Connect Google later to sync reviews and post replies from the dashboard, and non-GBP businesses still get Places API review context.
When does my 30-day trial start?
The trial clock starts when you reach first value: either connecting Google Business Profile or generating your first real review request with a Google review link.
Is there a free plan after the trial?
There is no free tier after the 30-day trial. The launch price is ₹999/month for the first year. If you don't add payment details to continue, the account pauses — your data is kept for 30 days.
Can I use BizBadhao for multiple locations?
The current plan is designed for single-location businesses. Multi-location support is on the roadmap but not available yet.
Is private feedback part of the review gate?
Yes. The gate page asks how the visit went, happy customers continue to Google reviews, and unhappy customers are routed into private feedback so the team can follow up.
How does the AI reply feature work?
When a new Google review comes in, BizBadhao fetches it via your GBP connection. You see the review in the dashboard, click 'Generate reply', and get two draft responses. You can edit them before posting directly through the Google Business Profile API.
